Bought a used softwash system. Found sh st 10.5% doing a tile roof roof looks way better then it did when started but not up to my standard of clean applied mix twice second time it cleared up more but still has black areas on it dont know what to do any help please?
Keep doing what your doing until it clean. Or find stronger SH .

I’m in south florida got the sh from local pool supply washed ir yesterday and then re did it again today cleared up most of it but still has spots
That roof is a baked on finish or hard coated roof same thing just different names. One of the key to tile roofs is . Hit the caps first before you treat the rest of the roof. Then retreat them as part of the roof. Caps and motor are always the dirtiest part of the roof that’s why they need additional attention. The shinny black spots that develop on those roofs in particular will also need additional attention. They can be stubborn but they will come off. Do not use more than 5 percent on those roofs or the coloring may start to come off.

With this system I cant tell what the percentage is
If your mixing your 10.5 percent SH 50/50 and it’s been coated a few times . Your using crap SH . Don’t by from local pool supplies like pinch a penny or Leslie’s. Buy from distributors.
