Question answered before I could ask. I wanted to know your method to clean a court. Are there any rules about reclaiming in your hoas?

It’s not just my hoa’s. CWA covers all the states. If run off is diverted to ground, no reclaim. Basically just like washing a house. No need for reclaim it water runs down the house into the ground.
