It was and a lot of equipment came with the shop
It come with an auto lift ???!!
Two post lifts and two frame lifts. Tire machine, balancer and a couple other small items

That’s awesome. Now you can rebuild engines or build race cars in the off season.

I’m going to make some trailers this winter and figure out some stuff. Still downsizing. I need a shop whether I’m washing or not. In holding pattern until this covid 19 mess is figured out. Hot dogs aren’t off the table though

Can you hire someone to clean your concrete in there before you get settled? 
Nice size. Is the loft suited for storage? Some of those lofts won’t hold weight but that place looks like it is all metal.
