New set up

Powerwash store Nashville I want to thank those that offered guidance and advice on rebuilding our trailer. I’ve still got a couple of little things to button up but it’s basically done and ready to work. Thanks @Racer for recommending the 1” manifold reel. It makes a huge difference filling the tank. I hope the you tube link works. I have spent months watching videos on different builds and comparing systems to try to build the system that would work best for us. Shaun at the Nashville Powerwash Store was great. He’s not afraid to work that’s for sure. We were there until 1:00am our first night. He’s a straight shooter. The only thing is you have to call his store for him to get the credit. If it’s online only it goes through Wisconsin. I hope the video might give some ideas. I really like the winterization kit. There’s no wasted antifreeze

Pretty awesome.

That is a good looking trailer, winterization kit looks cool.

Thanks. That’s why it’s aggravating when people come on here and complain when they don’t get the answers they want immediatly. I spent weeks reading and watching videos to get ideas. Everything is plumbed with 1" hose. And each piece of equipment is job specific. Now I just need more jobs

Very nice setup. What’d it run you? If you don’t mind me asking.

I kinda lost count but probably$20-25k.

What size is that trailer Kenny? I’d seriously think about putting bloc mounted K7’s on both those machines. You’ll thank me.

83"x14. The Hydrotek has one and you’re right, it’s nice. It’s a strange feeling at first not having the kick back but I like how there’s no pressure on the line. I’m probably going to put one on the udor this spring. I’ve pretty much spent all I can until I can get our reserve built back up. Then, there’s a few more pieces I’d like to add to finish it up

What’s under the 8gpm machine? How much room you have under there? The first thing you’ll want to do is get you a bigger fuel tank. That 8 will pull about tad over 1gph. In that red flat tank you’ll get about 5gal usable so you’re going to filling up all the time. I’m real happy with my 13gal one I got from NT. In fact just recently bot another for my diesel. Smaller footprint than that 6. Or if you want another spare red one, I’ll send you mine. Just sitting in warehouse.

Thanks, I have 14" underneath. We have a NT in Jackson. I’ll check it out. How tall is your tank and does the filler neck come off the side

No, it’s in the middle, so tank would have to stick out a little. They have a couple different sizes -

This one would be even better it it’d fit - it’s 18 gal:

Here’s the one I have because I needed it to fit between legs of my platform, it’s 13 gal.

They’re both on sale. Took mine about a week to get to me when I ordered. Think they just drop ship from factory.
