New concrete and chems and or hot water?

Ok so I’ve been reading everything I can get my hands on about new concrete and cleaning it but can’t find the answer I’m looking for and I’m sure someone can help… I’ve got a possible contract cleaning a brand new restaurant they have a lot of foot traffic stains and dirt I know I can’t use my surface cleaner or high pressure…would degreaser chems soap and a scrub brush be the best bet, or skip the brush altogether and just use degreaser and hot water with a low pressure soap nozzle… by the way there’s no deep stains it’s mostly dirt and grease because they fry a lot of food and the grease is tracked out on the sidewalk and then it’s people walk in the dirt off their shoes is sticking to the grease…
On my other restaurant contracts I solve this problem with chems a deck brush and then my Surface Cleaner but I know that’s not the answer on brand new concrete…
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Spot treat grease with a pump sprayer and degreaser and just flush if it not too bad. In and out.

Degrease and rinse…sounds like less work i like it… It’s just a high traffic area…I’m hoping for a weekly contract they’ve only been open for 2weeks and it literally looks like a path from the door to the parking lot…ill try to get some pics uploaded
