So today I bought a new pair of boots for work, water proof was a must and all black and shinny. I wanted to coat them again in a water proofing spray so I bought NeverWet from Rustoleum… I should have googled it before I sprayed these boots but in the pic below you can see they turned grey/blue and thought they we’re ruined… Ran up to the store and bought some Mineral Spirits and got everything off in a matter of minutes thankfully. I just thought I would post this up for people to see what this product does on black boots since I had a thought of trying on fabric awnings but now know the results on dark colors … g

Yeah, and bleach also kills it quick so it’s no bueno for us.
