Need guidance on my next purchase

They have two advantages one is reliability the other is the ability to adjust the volume just by switching nozzles. You can go from flooding the roof all the way to a fine mist . Not to mention good pumps like all-flo do not need to be flushed out. Although it obviously is a good idea

It’s best to have both but if u have to pick go with air if u have a washer with a charging system u can put a 12 volt and not have to worry about charging a battery and the money u will save off of not running ur air compressor it will pay for itself in a few jobs I use 3 gpm from northern 90 bucks but just use it when I don’t need air say pre-treating concrete while surface cleaning and ur not treating the whole thing and doing sections at a time and then post treating would not want to waste gas and the hose is charged when I need it do all my transferring of chemicals with air pump … And if one goes out u have back up and keep right on making money

Sorry Infinity did it again went back and edited added a period!!!:joy::joy:

Lol Harold do some research on air diaphragm ur all over the place the number on killer of a pump is heat that thing is hooked to a gas motor spinning at a high rpm and the heat coming of the motor not going to last long a air diaphragm ain’t hooked to a motor it’s hooked to an air line and the airline is filtered that feeds it thats all the protection it needs other than not to munch air being put to it and is filtered by a water separator and I have a tp filter it don’t get that hot at all that’s got Alto to do with them lasting so long and are made out of material that will hold up to some nasty chemicals and are easy to rebuild that’s why they will last PERIOD

Where is the rest of the periods (.)s lol

Harold if u go with a 12 ft trailer this is the chemical tank setup I would highly recommend u will like it a 50 gallon and two 26 gallon tanks

What kind of straps are those?

14 gauge plated steel and the red hose is 1 in discharge hose from harbor freight I put the discharge hose because it helps protect the tank gives it a little cushion and when I pull the draw tube the sh won’t corrode the straps u can push on them and shake the trailer won’t budge 100 gallon tank I make bigger straps

When ordering ur skid try and upgrade to a K7 unloader u will like it and it will help keep Pressure spikes off ur equipment and ur burner coil and feel more like ur using a garden hose than a high pressure hose and if u have something real grease that u need all the heat u can throw at it. U can install ur injector with a 2.1 orfice it will bypass some water and u will be getting around 71/2 gpm instead of 8 1/2 that should help get it as hot as possible.

I ordered it Friday with the remote k7 upgrade for 100. Thanks for the tip, that’s good info. I don’t really understand how it would have less flow but I’ll take your word for it. I wonder how much more degree I will get with 1 less gpm?

Isn’t there a way to adjust the unloader to get less gpm? I know it’s not recommended to mess with the unloader very much at all so I won’t be doing it, but in theory that would also increase the heat?

Well congrats hope u like it and it holds up once u set unloader Don’t mess with it no more use 1 wire 3/8 hose with crimped ends for bypass

When u get it u will see the burner pump has a bypass it bypasses the fuel back to the tank unless u have the burner on and trigger pulled so if u ain’t got the burner on and smell deisel return hose might be leaking it has a 2.5 nozzle so 6 hrs burn time try not to ever run it out of fuel will get air in the line sometimes it can happen changing the filter then u have to bleed it has a bleeder value don’t ever bypass the fuel filter if u do it will clog the nozzle and u have to take the burner off to get to the nozzle …
