Yeah that is an issue for me to. So I started buying 200lbs at a time
I want one of those, I’m loving smoking meats and I want to invest in a quality pellet setup like yours.
Next whole pig I do im going to try on it’s back like I have seen done over your way.

Looks delicious! The only issue I see is it’s not a Ribeye. Just kidding…I like strips too. Grill marks look great! You must be trying to kiss the boss’s butt with that filet. I always do the same for mine. She doesn’t like any fat, can’t be red (I just don’t understand that part 
), and it has to be tender. If not she’d rather eat a chicken breast.

I have to get her a bacon wrapped fillet each time. She likes it medium rare though!
I want to smoke a prime rib soon!
Heck yeah…prime rib is one of my favorites. If you do get one from Pottstown. They always seem to have the best prime rib and steaks. Their ribeye steaks are awesome. You can’t go wrong with Alwans either.

I ate 3 of those shrimp skewers! SOOOO good

So you only left your wife one. That is the beginning of a divorce in my house. When we get a fajita for two at a restaurant we divide shrimp evenly. I tried to sneak one once 
she then ate all mine in a blink of a eye. I was only left with my one stolen shrimp.
I think there were 7 skews total. still a few in the fridge.
