My first SoftWash

This is my first SoftWash and it was stucco. I was really nervous about this because of my lack of experience! I’ve read the last 2 months before deciding on my game plan.
I used what I believe to be about 3 to 4% in a pump up sprayer. I bought my SH from a pool supply store at 10% but I think it was from last seasons stock so I was guessing maybe 7 or 8% at best. I mixed 50/50 so it was a guessing game as to what the percentage it actually was. I did 3 applications with an 8 to 10 minute contact time with no rinsing in between. I think it turned out ok thanks to all the posts regarding cleaning stucco. Is there anything different I could have done to be more efficient? I’m open to any constructive criticism! I have a 4/4000 and I used a Jrod to rinse. This was actually a free demo for my hometown in an effort to clean their entire City Hall. Oh and yes the building is much cleaner than their sign. Any input or suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks @Grizz I realize this is a very small project to most guys on here but its my start. I did forget to mention I used Elemonator for a surfacant and I did pre water the surrounding plants and post watered.

Thanks @Racer I appreciate that! Btw I loved the Daytona pics as I’m a race fan myself. I was an Earnhardt Sr. fan for many years. I loved Talladega as my friends and I used to go there for years. Anyway Thanks again as you are the one who suggested no rinse in between applications on a recent church application.

Awesome job! This is encouraging as I’m looking to get out there for the first time myself in the coming weeks (new to the biz). Been researching & now strategizing. Keep at it, Dennis!

Dennis,
Great job! You have spent a lot of time here and it shows!
I have that same Northstar rig. Great little money maker. Just make sure to change out all of the brass quick connect with stainless before you have an issue with not being able to unhook.
I’m getting ready to upgrade my pump to a gear driven 7 GPM. Not sure why Northern thought a 4/4k needed a GX630, but whatever.

Thanks @NewGuy89 Thanks for the info! I’m already having problems with disconnecting so I will be changing out the couplings to stainless!!! Thank you

Sounds great Chris! I’d like that! I really need a mentor at this point just to tag along and get some education! I can read and read here all day but hands on has always been my best teacher. Just let me know. I’m willing to travel to get an education hands on!

I’ve got 5 jobs in 1 day by myself on the 8th lol tempted to have a study that day but it’s also the first big day with the new rig and I’ll be learning myself what needs improving.

How has the swing to f.t. been treating you so far?

Still at the college today and tomorrow. Then I’m after it. The calendar in April is filling fast though.
