I’m scared of the competition there for hot dog stands, I don’t need that smoke.

Ain’t no competition but yourself.

Look up states that have a trifecta in the state government (house, senate, governor) and have had it for awhile. Those are the ones likely to stay red for awhile.

Oh, and you’ll have to stay away from the bigger cities because most/many/all are blue even in the red states.
A good example of this is Missouri. Red everywhere except St Louis and Kansas City. And Missouri has a red trifecta.

Come on, I got room at my house for your family and room at the shop for the hot dog stand.

TN is looking really promising right now, cleared the day job to transfer around there to fund the move. Will know more the next few weeks, but ya, looking promising so far. Thanks for all the advice guys, it helps a lot.

Call Chad Johnson with East Tennessee pressure washing. I helped him out in the mid 2000’s when I was washing in Knoxville. Now he is a full fledged business and I sub work to him in TN and Eastern NC. Mention my name, William with Off Duty Fireman, be and he will probably help you out with vendors, best place to set up, etc. Super nice guy.

I will definitely do that on Monday, thanks! Seems like a great group of guys over there so far from what I’ve seen searching past posts everywhere, I’m getting excited.

Try NJ if you want higher property, paycheck and gas taxes, and a king instead of a Governor. It’s great because they tell you how to live so there is no thinking involved and as far as a res state. Your rear end will be red from the spanking they give your business.

I’ve had this burden of having to cart all these firearms around. Do you think they’ll make sure I don’t have to worry about that in NJ? :joy:

Barrett Firearms is in Murfreesboro😎. Walk in, pay bookoo and walk right out with a .50 cal.

My brother was just telling me he has to pay a tax based on how large his roof on his business is, in addition to the myriad of other taxes. Something about distrurbing the rainfall or something.

I forgot about that one. I think it includes parking lots for business’s too.

So I talked to the fam, they’re ready on a couple conditions, 1) Gotta have pizza at least 2 nights a week 2) Gotta get a good discount on one the trailers w/ladder rack you’re building.

The kids are already packed so let me know :+1:

Believe it or not, 5 pizzas were cooked in an oven thingy that goes over the blackstone griddle at my cabin last night. I’ll build you anything you like if you buy the steel.

wow, that’s nice, you build them a lot in the off-season?
What’s that for in the back, looks like a trailer jack fitting, but back there?

Also, that’s my dream shop you have there, and I now hate you.

I’ll take a 18’ tandem w/5200# no gate with a ladder rack. Please and thank you!

Get a flat tire, you can move the jack stand to either side of the trailer to change a tire
