How do you guys usually mount your fuel cells? I would really really REALLY like to avoud having any ratchet straps out in the open on this truck (other than my tank straps) and was hoping these came with some type or holes for mounting but no dice… any ideas?
Ratchet straps. Just replace them every 4 or 5 years.
Galvanized pipe strap with the rubber covering & 4 screws…
I did mine this way. Some gas stations may require you to remove the tank from the trailer and place it on the ground to fill. In that case, I’d go somewhere else.
I wana buy a 15 gallon fuel tank and run both my machines off it but they dont seem worth the money. Looks really geto with the red tanks ratchet strapped to my shelf though.
Rig like that, get you an aluminum one that will feed both machines. Northern has nice ones for $300ish. Come with welded mounting tabs, just run a screw in them.
