Oh no no… i eat veggies as little as possible, meat a potatoes and bread we my diet… i now include veggies.
If she worked for PETA, she wud have jump in the Elizabeth River ties to a cinder block wing married to me.
Actually a low carb high protein diet is better for diabetics. Vegies and nuts have a lot of carbs that turn to sugar. And eating small portions 3 to 4 times a day is really good.

I just started this year, so I am no where near booked up. So at this point I have no minimum.Connecting with the customer, getting a chance to market to their neighbors using someone they know is good enough for me.

I like the 89 dollars comment someone made here a few days ago. I’ve used it twice already on really small gutter clean out jobs and landed them both. But my minimum to wash is 150, unless I’m already set up next door and a neighbor asked me for one side or a small job. Then it’s 100.

Bros Im 63 have a full time job in a steel Mill and If I can’t make $300 on a job its not worth it to hook up… I live out of town on 5 acres in the country, a 30 min ride to town…
