Mechanical issue

If so you should have no pressure at the gun, it should all bypass. Im 99% on that. Lol

Unscrew the bypass hose from the unloader, crank it over for a few seconds and see if water blows out the hole. If not the piston/stem must be hung up.

Okay so you have a different style unloader than I’m used to but I believe @ShinedUP is correct. Pull the bypass off and bump the key a few times and see if you’re moving anything.

Doing it now. Stand by

With the trigger closed

Why don’t you just call who you bought it from instead of asking a bunch of strangers that have no idea what your setup looks like? If they’re reputable should be able to get it squared away quickly

Honestly, that’s probably his best bet–IF they’re reputable. But it never hurts to try. Until it does.

Took the hose off and bumped started. Each time water is flowing through bypass. I going to contact the dealer on Monday. Yes, I have been a bit impatient. Thought I was try this forum to see if it was a familiar issue that I could resolve. I appreciate the feedback and your time. I will not bother you all anymore with this issue. I will post results when problem resolv

No worries man. Give us an “it’s fixed” type of update and not an “I blew my fingers off” type LOL

Lol! Great safety brief. Good night fellas. Wife told me to quit an hour ago. Before I go I will say I’m glad I did the work myself. I’ve learned so much. My original plan was to pay someone to do it for me. Someone on here planted the seed I should do it and they were spot on! Night

You have no bypass. The water can’t go anywhere.

Hmmm. No bypass. Should it be running back to tank?

On the unloader - there will be a bypass word written on it. Take this plug out. Put a hose on it and put it into a bucket for now.

Test it. Post back

Oh Lord. You literally have no bypass. It all makes sense now. You should have another fitting coming off of the unloader (usually a 90°) that connects to a hose that runs to a buffer tank or back to the inlet side of the pump. If you look at the pump manifold you have an inlet (where your clear feed hose connects) and an outlet at the top on the opposite side where the water runs to your unloader. You have both of those but no point of relief from the unloader back to the pump or tank.
