Markate vs Customer Factor

I’m very new, just starting up my business, and want to get my CRM dialed in early on.

I’ve searched through all the posts in every search that discusses CRM’s and nearly all of the results are from before 2020. With how much software changes and updates, I’m hoping that there’s some consensus or more updated info available.

Does anyone lean strongly one way or the other between Markate and The Customer Factor? (Or some other similar option for CRM, invoicing and client communication.)

Many of the issues that members in the past have noted about wishing there were updated features, or struggling with customer service issues, or outdated interfaces are so old that it is hard to know if they are still valid.

Thanks for any guidance, especially from those who have used multiple CRM solutions.

I have Markate and really like it but there are a lot of little bugs that drive me crazy. But overall it has really helped me stay organized and look professional

Either is great. Try them and see what works for you

Customer Factor is great. I’ve tried both and Markate doesn’t do everything CF does. I did a long post about it a couple of years ago. I didn’t like that I had to have a standard price for a drop down. CF you have drop downs but you can change the price. Things may have changed since I tried it.

I can edit anything anytime with Markate.

They must have changed the feature I had a problem with.
