What chemicals did you end up using?
washed the metal with a powered tide mix 1/3 cup to 5 gal. I contacted Valspar and found the type of siding material it is and that’s what the recommended. For the block I used the same and also used some “Texas Red” that the neighboring business gave me to clean our equipment, as mentioned in a previous reply. I applied it at a 66:1 dilution and let it set for 5 minutes. Never did any scrubbing or anything…

I sprayed some “Clorox pro grade” or something like that on the one section of brick that did have some mold. I didn’t have a source for the stuff you guys normally use, what is it 12.5%? My boss didn’t feel the need to order any and all that was available local is what Lowe’s keeps in stock with that Clorox professional or pro grade branded.
