While Im very pro-self employment, you agreed to the wage. You continued to agree to it every day you showed up. @squidskc made a very astute and insightful analysis. Also, you said 4 people insisted you take their number, but you never insisted that you didnt. You also didnt give that info to your boss. So heres my advice worth exactly what you payed; 1. start alone 2. quit being deceitful behind your bosses back and including your buddy, after all, your boss is only doing what you agreed to 3. dont be afraid to talk to your boss 4. He may be watching to see which one of you steps up and acts like a leader!
