Can someone point me to any links/videos of someone explaining the different types of dirt/mold etc issues various jobs may have–including the proper way to treat those issues? I spend a good amount of time reading and researching, and I’ve seen some things on this board that I’m unfamiliar with. Would be great to have a complete list!
Bleach, soap, and ebc will clean just about anything you come across except for mineral related stains like rust, efflorecence, etc… I did two houses today, both paimted white wood. Not much organic growth. No mildew really. Sh wouldnt touch it. Thats when I add a little ebc to the mix.

No problemo. Try searching " house mix" and “ebc”. Read the residential section of the forum. Theres plenty of info on here for just about anything you could ever want to know
It definitely does have a lot of info! I’m looking for a video with this information though. I haven’t come across that yet.
Add F9 and Onerestore in my opinion.
