Just picked this up couldn’t pass up such a good deal got this skid for$250… the tank is brittle from sun…and the motor needs a new pull cord and carb job. But all in all I think It was worth it…its a GX 160 with a Hypro 9513p, a coxreel with 200 ft of Kuri Tec 3/8 hose…it was used for power line right of way spraying.
Now the question is can I use this to build a bada$$ softwash system?..I know it’s a bit overkill

Yes sir…spray SH until the pump burns up. Who knows…might hold up for a while

The info on the pump says 92gpm at 70psi max…lol that’s moving some gallons

Do a bucket test. See what’s really coming out. Hopefully under 10gpm
As soon as I get this motor up and running that’s what I’ll do…Ive got a 275 gallon tank on my trailer, lol at 90gpm I could work for 3 minutes…I’d need a buffer tank for my buffer tank

That hose is not pushing more than 12gpm… so it seems if you use correct tips the rest of the flow will get bypassed back into the buffer. Now if it’s 90 gpm getting bypassed I would def change the pump lol

Lowering the engine speed will reduce the flow.
