I joined the PWRA to gain access to all of the media they have for members. Now that I have it all I don’t know what to do lol… What do you guys use to edit the documents and add you info to them? Also is anyone else have trouble downloading things?

As far as editing the material is split up into marketing material (postcards, door hangers, flyers, etc.) and business documents (waivers, proposals, etc.). The business documents typically come in Microsoft Word or PDFs and people find these easy to edit. Now the marketing material comes is all created in Adobe Photoshop so it is a little trickier.
Here are your options for editing the marketing material:
1 - You can do it youself - this is assuming you have Adobe Photoshop and know how to use it. ADobe Elements or GIMP will also work. If you really want to try it yourself I suggest signing up for a free trial for one of those. It’s not necessarily easy and there is a learning curve.
2 - You can have a family member or friend who knows graphic design or Photoshop help you out. You can also hire your own graphic designer.
3 - You can hire us to edit it for you - our graphic designer can edit any of our templates for a fee - just go through the edit service: Standard Edit Service | Marketing Materials | WCR – WindowCleaner.com
Lastly, and I addressed this in another thread, some members have reported a “Failed Download Error” which we are working on fixing. Feel free to send me a list of downloads you need and Iw ill send them to you via email while we fix the issue.
