Hi, this is the back patio of my mom’s house, do you think it is worth cleaning it (I will have to pay for a rent pressure washer to do it)?? It seems that the concrete is very damaged and the result won’t be great (I just want transformation photos so I can go to another property and show them that I have done a prior job).

That should clean up. If you want to make sure that black comes off before renting a pressure washer pour some straight SH on, let dwell, and rinse with a garden hose. That will give you your answer before renting the pressure washer.

Shure, rent a presser washer and a surface cleaner from home depot and go to town. It’ll clean up great. You probably won’t even need any bleach.
Thanks, I am not sure if I am going to be able to do it with a surface cleaner, as the only they rent in Spain is 50Cm wide in diameter and the PWasher I am gonna use is only 4GPM.

50 cm is a little big, but it will work.

Post treat it with oaxalic acid. You will need sunglasses to look at it.
