Hi guys, any tips or information would be appreciated. I have already finished washing this building but I could not manage to do so without high pressure, and hot water. I did not need to apply direct pressure but I did however need a fair amount of pressure after applying my solvent to remove the black as seen on the tin.

Is this your building or a customers and who’s eating all the ice cream? Lol. That looks like mold… have you tried sh already? Why did you try a solvent?

That’s probably going to take some brush work no matter what you use on it.

It’s my father’s businesses building.(They depackage food products) I did try the typical SH mix. I could only get it to come off with either brushing it on or spraying off with direct hot water pressure.
What’s the typical sh mix and how I it applied? Do you know if it’s grease or mold on there? Looks to be both.
Try 50/50 On pump up sprayer (with surfactant), let dwell and rinse with ball valve.
