Is it normal for your rates to increase by 120%ish for adding one employee? Or should I shop around ?
Rates for what? Workman’s comp?
Should be around 9% of payroll, plus whatever increase on your auto based on his driving record
General liability.
He doesn’t drive. Only running one rig and don’t plan on sending him out solo for quite some time.
I don’t think GL should be affected. Mine wasn’t.
My gl didn’t move either. WC on the other hand is heart breaking
