Insurance advice

Hey everyone. So I am just getting ready to officially start.I have an 06 Toyota Tundra pulling a 5x10 open trailer with a Honda GX 630,200 gallon water tank and a 100 gal Chem tank along with a blend manifold all new. Just got the best quotes I can on all of my insurance rates just want to see if you guys think all this is necessary and rates are reasonable.
GENERAL LIABILITY. 1247.00 ANNUALLY CAN ALSO WALK ON ROOFS.

INLAND MARINE FOR CONTENTS. 832.00 YR

COMMERCIAL ON MY TRUCK. 1649.00. YR

I keep mine open trailer and a metal building locked up so it’s pretty safe but anything could happen. My truck I use or will be using for business and regular use.

That’s a fair price…

I was shopping around last week and just got my quotes back from a local guy here.
GL = $1,910 / year
$1m per occurrence
$2m aggregate (total per year)
Lost Key Coverage ($0 cost)
Property Damage Extension - Janitorial

Commercial auto on 2018 F150
$300k single limit = $1,925/year
$500k single limit = $2,235/year

I’m still shopping myself.

We pay $3600/yr for those three you mentioned through Erie, includes window cleaning.

You’re getting hosed, Brock! I wonder why Erie is so much more where you are? I had that same coverage above at $980/yr

Our $1M/$2M GL through Erie is $1075/year. Our other stuff wouldn’t equate to useful numbers for your case.

Yeah I got the GL quote down to 1100.00.Now I am finding out I have to get what’s called a business tax I. D. Receipt from the county I live in here in FL.

Could just be KY, people don’t follow laws or rules here so everything insurance related is astronomical. My motorcycle insurance tripled when I moved here from VA due to their ‘no fault’ policy and the vast amount of people driving without insurance.

$3600 is for GL, Inland Marine, CCC, commercial on one vehicle and trailer and window cleaning up to 3 stories.

Yup that’s right where I’m at.

That makes sense; I have my vehicle and trailer with USAA and I don’t think I have inland marine… I spaced the part where y’all had your vehicles covered with Erie too

One more price for comparison. We have all of what DC mentioned, except we also have coverage for lift work up to 6 stories, and full coverage on a very nicely overbuilt shed for $1,965/yr.

I think we got an exceptional deal. We’re in VT.

Yeah it’s only 35 bucks a year I’m in the panhandle lol
