I use to love doing commercial flatwork and I still do. We worked until 2:30 this morning and about to hit it again. I guess I’m not the night owl I once was. I used to hate residential but I’m finding myself liking it more and more. However there’s nothing like smelling grape bubble gum as it’s melting away from the heat of my wand lol

I’m 33 and have a hard time staying up past 12pm wether I’m working or out. If I’m out I find myself seeking coffee or energy drinks around 11pm.
About 7 years ago I could stay up 48hrs no problem.

Same here. I’ve actually stooped as low as to putting instant powder in my drip brew to make it stronger. It’s actually pretty good.

my wife and I are planning on trying to get down to NOLA in a few weeks for a weekend getaway. maybe, we can meet up for coffee and a beignet so we can put faces with names

I dont drink coffee dont like it but love the aroma.
I drink a galon of milk a day, that keeps me up.

I am an old fart. I grew up on meat, potatoes, and milk. I went on a low carb diet for a couple months and lost 40+ pounds. Dairy and grain products really do cause bloating and inflammation but they taste SO good!

This is great stuff. Less sugar and more protein. Tastes like whole milk. Their whole milk is great but its whole milk and the skin is so delicious why bother. Not watery either.

Try a French press to make your coffee. That’s the best tasteing method of brewing coffee imho. It can taste like the aroma your fond of. I use dark roast.

Try the brand Melitta. I wouldn’t do the flavored version. It comes in a can already ground, i now only buy whole bean varietys. It would keep me up all night and part of the mornings.
