The areas circled where blue in color. I soap that section and then soaped above the porch area… by the time i came to rinse the circle was running down the siding.
Was thinking maybe vapor barrier behind siding??? I have no clue, never seen it before. It all rinsed off and was not an issue, but just curious what would cause it.
Are they little crystal looking fragments? Hard to tell from the pic.

No nothin… it looked no different that other stuff running down the siding, just blue. rinsed it heavily and that was it.
The contractor used blue chalk to snap lines for siding. Be glad it wasn’t red chalk. Mist lightly with water and go home
