Oh and the space had a 4x8 sheet of scrap aluminum I’m going to use as a spark wall for cutting against since the Hertz pulls cars behind the doors all the time.

Looming good man. Are you getting any work from having your sign on the main street? It definitely boosts your bramd recognition. After I buy a house I’m currently renting a shop is the first thing on my list but rent is crazy in my area. I’m surrounded by the rich which is good for business and bad for just about everything else. 1 bdrm apartments are $1500+ where I’m at.

@Innocentbystander I know this is an old thread and I know you said don’t ask, but I legitimately don’t understand. Why would you not want to store bulk SH inside your shop space?
Fumes will rust every thing. I had a tank fitting fail years ago also and dump a couple hundred gallons of bleach on the floor during the night
