I’m actually having one of those days where I really wish we didn’t have pets! As much enjoyment as they bring (sometimes 
) we are house shopping. Well we found our dream home and the selling party was fine with a 12 month lease purchase agreement until he found out we had pets. So we have our house on the market and we are hopeyit sells before his does!
I’ve been there and it’s not fun. There’s been a couple of times we couldn’t get the house we wanted due to a lab we had. We had her 13 years before she passed. We’ll pray that your house sells quickly
