How to remove these spots?

Im at a clients house and cant remove these spots. What to do? Tried to spray straight SH (15%) with a hand pump but didnt worked.

SH, let dwell about 10 min. The grass in patio still alive, so you haven’t sprayed when pic was taken

I’ve only had luck using a turbo on them

Ditto…turbo. Did one just like that last year, started with xjet, didn’t phase it. Same with surface cleaner.

Mortar/sand may need fixing after.

BTW, 15%?? Where the heck are you getting that?

So i sprayed it before taking the picture.

This was my first gallon of SH, tried it on many surface with many ratios and didnt worked on anything.
I think maybe its because it was for “Laboratory use”. (You think its possible that it dodnt wokred because of that?)
Now i ordered another one what is “purum”. Hope it will work.

I order it from Hungary to Hungary.

You need to look at the ingredients to make sure you’re actually getting “bleach”. It should say “Sodium Hypochlorite”. Try and find it in 10% or 12.5%. Not sure if you have pool stores there but look for liquid pool shock. It’s usually Sodium Hypochlorite/bleach.

He obviously makes his own :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Its says Sodium Hypochlorite. So it is SH.
I will send pic from the label if i get home.

Where i order it, there is two quality 1. “for Laboratory use” 2. “Purum” (Purum means clear so i think i just ordered the wrong one.)

Btw am i wrong for saying its 15%? Or why is it a sensation?
Its 150g/l so 15% or am i wrong?

Maybe the label said 15% because it was for laboratory use? SH degrades pretty fast so maybe what you got was old. If you dip your finger in 12.5% it should warm up and bubble or fiz on your finger. If it doesn’t it’s past its prime.
