Payment? How do you handle this? Do make sure you are paid as soon as the job is finished? What if the customer isn’t home at the time of the wash? ---

Wait for them to send check or they will pay with credit card through invoice ---

I am using Markete, so if they are not home, I just send them invoice via e-mail with an online credit card option, as well as address to mail check. I usually get a response within 24 hours. If after 3 days no response and no payment, a courtesy call to find out how they liked the service and inquire how they would like to pay. Usually no issues and taken care of quickly.
