How to gain experience doing flat work

So I want to start offering flat work to my customers, however I’ve never used a surface cleaner or cleaned concrete. Now I know what the process is, I’ve watched ton of videos and read tons of posts, but nothing replaces actual experience. I don’t feel comfortable offering it to my clients if I don’t know what I’m doing. The problem is I don’t have any concrete at my house and none of my family members do either, so I can’t practice on them first. So what would be a good way to gain experience?

Thanks
Brian

just wash it. Concrete is the simplest thing to wash. If it steaks, go slower. Post treat to get rid of lines. It really is that easy.

Until I went 8gpm, I was getting serious stripes that drove me and half the members on here crazy.

It definitely takes patience and a bit of trial and error. A 4 nozzle bar helps a lot too.

Read all the SC topics here, find someone with a 3-year or older driveway, explain that you’re learning, explain the possible outcomes, and offer a free cleaning. My first 2 driveways were free for the experience.
