Agreed. I am neither Democrat nor Republican, but I’m dying to get to Colorado and will most likely settle into deeply blue place. Pluses and minuses. Still though, I don’t think you could pay me to live in California.

I’ve been trying to get there for a decade. Lol. I usually visit 3-4 times a year, but I’ve been back there 3 times in the last 2 months scoping out markets and trying to figure out what I’m going to clean. I think if I move there I’m going to have to switch to concrete and reclaim like @Kps0410 Kenny said. I’m on the fence about it since I have a really good thing going here. It’s only an 8 hour drive and most flights on southwest are less than $200.

Long story short, I want to move there, but I’m not sure I could take the business with me since I don’t like flat work one bit. Not much algae there from what I can tell.
