Bidding a commercial job, and Im quite new at it. Just wondering how long it might take you guys to clean 8 pillars like this? Some staining and foot scuffs on there towards the bottoms. But if im not mistaken, I think a standard hw mix would be appropriate
Scuffs won’t come out …set that expectation up front. If they do then sweeet.

Yep 30 minutes was about right on the colums, very fast in and out job. I did their brick drive-up area and all 8 of these dryvit columns. Was in and out total in 2 and 1/2 hours including set-up and collecting the check from the manager.
