How do you word your pressure washing services?

Hi there,

Hoping for some help—thanks in advance for reading and considering.

I’m entering different pressure washing services into my CRM for a commercial cleaning job and I like to get things as concise and professional as possible (yet, enough written to build value, as well).

I like the ‘package’ format as that builds more value (in my opinion).

I was considering the following package:

Title: Deep Cleaning Flatwork, Hot Water

Details:

  • Surface cleaning with 180-200°F & 5,000-7,000 PSI
  • Wastewater recovery to prevent street & storm drain contamination
  • Gum Removal included
  • Oil Stain treatment included

Areas Included: (list the areas)

What do you write on your invoice for commercial pressure washing jobs?

Any tips for re-wording this pressure washing package (we’re using a surface cleaner, hence the words ‘deep cleaning’)?

PSI doesn’t sell in this industry, only retail shops selling pressure washers. How are you getting 5-7 thousand psi? What you running?

Thanks for the input… you can see one of our trucks here: lapwinc.com

We have larger than normal equipment because we do warehouses in LA.

I believe you I’m just curious on the rig. Looks purpose built.

Can’t swing a dead cat around here without hitting a J Gamble

I’m confused. It looks like you have a $70K+ rig and you’re not sure how to write up an invoice? What exactly are you asking?

I’m more confused by the names. The link is for a company called LAPW and his name is mjb exterior cleaning. Hmm…

Always swing the cat :joy: isn’t that right @Innocentbystander

MJB Exterior Cleaning is located in Clackamas Co Oregon, I’m also confused on this one.

Keep swinging the cats bud, it’s all coming out. Few more swings lol
