How do I get this off?🤦🏾‍♂️

Hello all, I’m a newbie when it comes to pressure washing and soft washing and I was cleaning a house the other day, down streaming a mix of sh and water and soap in a 5 gallon bucket. I pre rinsed and applied the solution as I always do and somehow ended up with this stain in the photo. How would you all go about removing it?

Ox acid mixed weak and brush it out. Pre wet and rinse heavy.

Thanks, is Ox acid the same as muriatic or is it different?

Don’t pre-wet vinyl before putting your mix on it…you are diluting your house wash mix when you do this.

I disagree. Pre wetting will help stop any oxidation from running off and drying blotchy.

Exactly…hot sunny day you always pre wet the oxidized side of the house.

Far as the stain it’s hard to tell anything, need to hop up on a ladder and get a closer picture.

Wipe the area, is it chalky?

Or does it look like dirty water dried on the siding?

To be honest, its a light orange stain. I was thinking it was rust coming from the faux windows. I’m going to clean the barn tomorrow, I’ll climb up there and get a better photo. The customer is going to have the house painted so she’s not worried about it. I just wanted to know for future reference so I know how to proceed.

Did you try rinsing it?

Looks like weep hole drainage.

Try soaping and rinsing again.

I don’t prewet anything. We also don’t wash anything that is oxidized
