How can I treat this rust stain from the ground?

I just completed my first stucco house cleaning (x-jet) and it turned out great. The top of the chimney is about 30’ and has rust stain on the stucco. How can I spray this stain with f9 barc from the ground? I could use my 12v system, but would probably waste a whole gallon getting it covered. I don’t see any safe way to access it from a ladder, and my 70 year old fat butt doesn’t walk roofs. Any helpful suggestions appreciated

How high is that. What did you clean the other sides with. I’m assuming you dont get paid till it’s gone and you up charged them for the rust removal correct. If you will not get on lader or roof hire a helper that will or dont take high jobs. Or realize that you are going to use more chemicals and charge accordingly

Looks like you won’t be able to reach the entire stain from the ground. Either make a way up there or walk away.

Thanks for the quick reply Firefighter. I washed the rest of the house with x-jet, about 3% SH. I should qualify my situation… I own a part time landscape business and saw an opportunity to serve my existing customers with washing services. I’ve done a lot of research, put together some basic equipment, and I’m learning. This house was a friend’s, and my first attempt at stucco. I figured the job as a learning experience and priced it at estimated material cost +$200 for my time. I didn’t figure additional cost for this stain (first lesson learned). I won’t be washing full time so hiring is not an option. You may be correct… I may have to 12v from the ground (about 30’) and waste a lot of barc. I’m assuming I can’t dilute the barc and get good results? I also realize it might require some agitation which introduces an additional factor.

As mentioned why not just get a ladder out? That would be the easiest way to go about it. Another option is an Unger pole with brush on the end. Dip into bucket of F9 Barc or Oxalic and lightly agitate. You could probably even hit it with a pump up from the ground if you really get some pressure built up and use a tight stream. It’ll be close though. I’d still just use a ladder.

Or give oxalic a try from 12v ground floor., 2nd thought maybe not. I’m uncertain about shingles being damaged. Unless its a metal roof.

Easy… brush and a bucket.

Get your self a 24 foot Gardner wfp.

You need to back to customer be honest with them. Rust removal is not part of house washing. Small stuff is one thing but bigger stuff like what you have should be a up charge just tell them the truth 90% of your customers will understand or not be concerned about the stain. Why is it you cant put a ladder up? Can you post a picture of the whole side. Always remember this one may not make you a bunch of money but your reputation will do what it takes to get the job done I promise it will pay off in the end
