House Wash with Surfactant Only?

There were a couple of times I picked some buddies up from the airport and it would take less time to get from 29Palms to Ontario than Ontario to LAX. I don’t know how you guys do it. I have some friends who live up north and have to drive into Chicago for work and they say you get used to it but I don’t know if I ever could. I’m a pretty patient person but I can’t stand sitting there doing nothing when I have a million other things to do. I guess you could look at it as a welcome break though.

Just watch YouTube videos on the dash about softwashing while parked in traffic

I think that would bother me even more because it would remind that if I lived in a different area I could be actually soft washing and making money instead of sitting in traffic.

Travel time!

Ps, I don’t actually watch videos while driving but I do listen to you tube videos.

Edit: worthwhile YouTube videos lol

It’s though, I have a pretty tight service area that I cover, I won’t travel too far because of the traffic unfortunately.

I see no point in going to a job that takes 2 hours to get to and 2 hours to return… Entire day gone just sitting in traffic

If you have enough local work then that’s the best. I try to do the same. I tell people to see if they can find someone local to them because I would have to charge for travel time if it’s a small job. If it’s a full days work I’ll travel 1 to 2 hours round trip but that’s about it.

What about using just a regular soap to ds instead of sh and surfactant. Is there a good soap that won’t harm the color or sheen?

Hey man I really have no idea. I am fairly new.
But I had read some people talking about issues with certain colors of paint.

I haven’t ran into anything until this most recent estimate.

I did some research and found out that Sherwin Williams paint has organic pigments. Well bleach is going to mess with those.

Maybe someone with more experience can comment on that

Do yourself a favor and walk away.
