So if your still wondering

Nope. Not wondering. I joined HA and shortly after, I joined the #HAmetoo movement. Evil. They still send me instant matches but i changed all my account info.

The first thing that lady should of said was “Dean Martin? Really??? Do you get your supplies from Jerry Lewis??”

AL went way downhill when HA merged with them. Our steady calls fell silent this year because we couldn’t afford the $3,500/mo to be artificially placed at the top, despite well over 300 A+ reviews. Thank God I started power washing, it filled in many of those gaps.

It’s all a scam.

Looks like Google will be joining the pay to play game now in a much bigger way. Anyone heard on that yet?

I think googles new platform will help weed out shady contractors as they require insurance
And license information.

Pay for google local services leads and google ad words and show up in the top 3 for maps and you’ll dominate

Dominate the high end of the customer acquisition cost scale…

Now I gotta give them MORE money if I want work! Not just adwords money. Not just hard earned reviews. Not just seo. Now its all that PLUS more. Just when I thought they already had world domination, they became Home Advisor…

Its not that you just pay, its who pays the most!

Unless i’m missing something in that article/directory list of services, I don’t see where pressure washing/powerwashing is one of the services they’ve categorized. I see “window cleaning”, and “House cleaning”, but nothing as it directly relates to powerwashing/pressurewashing/sofwashing.

Their BG check is crap. They find records of my arrest. They see the charge, Yet, they can’t seem to see the final outcome? They want me to go to the city and pull records for them. All they are doing is a public records search that anyone can do for free. They are not even paying for the details of those records.

These are my lead fees

And what does that mean, you can pay those prices to book the job? Or is that just to get the contact info for the lead and you have to try to sell the service to them?

Fees for leads, no guarantees

Oh yeah, thats pretty crappy
