Home printer recommendations?

Im looking to get another printer for business use. We purchased one about 2 years ago and it recently stopped linking to the computer for some reason. The issue we have with printers are generally the amount of ink used and the price of the refills are ridiculous. Will only really be used for printing out online order receipts and possibly printing the invoices for the following day jobs. Recently ive been going to staples and just making 100 invoice copies at a time at .11 a piece which i think is very fair. However, id like to save myself the trip if i can!

Epson7720

All my invoices are e-mailed.

If you use some form of CSR software they should be able to have an e-mail function. Quickbooks should be able to e-mail. If you are using something like Word or Excel for invoices, then print to PDF and e-mail.

If none of those are options, look at the Kodak printers. Their game is better yield on printer ink.

When printing, try printing black and white, grayscale only. That will reduce ink usage.

I use a crm. I prefer to have a hard copy for customers as well so we will continue with that process. Like i said, just would like to be able to print my online or receipts and stuff also

Get carbon copy made up, there are cheap.

We do in person estimates and give them a copy on site then email them the same thing with additional info.

I buy aftermarket ink on amazon. Laser is the way to go. It’s cheap if you go with non brand ink.

If you are not worried about color get a brother printer. I’ve had mine about 3 years and never replaced the “ink”.

Look into the epson ecotank series. You pay a little more for the printer itself but the ink is dirt cheap

I keep this one in my truck. I connect wireless with my phone or iPad

Thanks boys! Its looking like a rain day for us tomorrow  so ill swing by and pick one up!

Insta ink is like 2.50 a month and they will send you ink when you need it
