Have any of you ever been asked to do an article for an HOA newsletter? I was just invited to do one based on some cleaning I did for some of their homeowners. Everything in it will be factual but it will definitely be done with a marketing slant. It has a lot of potential to keep us busy all winter (winter is relative here). I’m pretty excited by the opportunity.

We require they put us in there news letter as part of our estimate. Mainly explaining the scope of work being done by us on behalf of the hoa . But we almost always include additional services offered at a discount while we’re working in the neighborhood. It’s very hit and miss. Some community read there news letters , others don’t even know there is one. We fix that by putting our flyers .
This is more like an information piece on why and how etc. The HOA has over 3200 linear ft of rock walls spread out for miles. They also have hundreds of cast stone decorative tops. Pressure washing alone does not work on cast stone and sometimes SH alone doesn’t get it done . The HOA is a good job but the 15k or so homes are the bigger prize here. Did I mention the farthest one from my house is about 4 miles?
