Hiring is So Much Fun (not)

Lol, nope! Buck head and Alpharetta are two of the priciest places in GA to live. I live on the border of Cobb and Cherokee county. Within three miles of my house I have a zaxbys, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Burger King, McDs, two grocery stores (three if we count Aldies), 24 hour cvs, Walgreens, right aid, two ice cream shops, subway, cheeseburger bobbies, longhorn, chilies, 4 gas stations, and 2 high schools that hold 2500+ per school…no boonies here

exactly. one helper does pw and the client does not care to look but checks every window. the guy’s want to pw because detailing windows and tracks isn’t as easy. the learning curve for chemicals and surface differences.

Right about now I’m glad I scrapped the idea of hiring for awhile and stayed an owner-operator. Calls stopped for a few days, but picked right back up again. I’m booking out April and if all stays the same (Summer will still be summer) on pace to still do six figures. The only difference is I’m adding a lot more windows and decks than I ever have.

That’s great! I think I met a few old ladies that nuts about their windows.

This gave me a minor panic attack…

Agreed. If you want to hire a parolee, hire him direct. It’ll cost less and you will get a tax incentive. Depending on the offence and the past record parole and felonies are not always a problem. Personally I would rather train someone with no experience than brake someone’s bad habits.
