Here comes a total transformation

Will you be using the old 5ers as the shitter. They make those nice toilet seat attachments for them

Use jic fittings to attach unloader to block. Makes change out easier and quicker

Why not just leave unloading on the pressure washer??

Well heck yeah, Alabama!! Lol

Thanks William. I already planned on that.

justin, the unloader mounted straight to the pump causes alot of unneeded stress on the pump. Moving it off the pump is a good thing. All that weight hamging off the pump, coupled with the kicking in/out of the unloader, just isn’t good on them.

Mounting it remotely takes some of the weight and vibration off the pump head thereby prolonging the life of the pump. The very first commercial unit I had actually stripped the threads where the unloader mounts after a few seasons. Due to vibration I think. Just started leaking one day at the pump head and couldn’t get it to stop.

Thanks I will remember that when I get my trailer and re due my set up

Coming together slowly. Taking my time and trying to lay everything out perfectly. My herniated disk just decided to flare up so now I’m working in extreme pain. Had to goay down in the back seat of my truck and wait until the urge to vomit from the pain subsided a little. Ugh! Got to ne ready to work by Monday.

Man I so want to give you some pointers that will make your life so much easier down the road but I don’t want to rain on your parade either. I’ll either be quite or give you some feed back. I’m ok either way. Sitting at the house for 20 minutes until we head to the farmers market.

Take everything out and rhino line, water proof, put down stall mats, anything to protect that floor. Take the machine off the blocks and mount to the floor with the rubber feet. Take the quick connects of the fuel line. Bleach fumes make the spring stick. Just put fuel line straight to hose barb on tank. Hose reel hanging from the ceiling will come down after a few big speed bumps. Where the machine is any hose that isn’t pulled straight will hit the exhaust. Put machine against wall with about 3 inch clearance from exhaust to wall. Put a piece of flat steel on will to dissipate heat. Take belt guard off to make belt changes easier. Or, just mount it against the other wall. If you turn it around and buy a right hand exhaust get a Honda muffler.Turn tank lengthwise across the axles. Better stability and less sloshing when you stop.

Thanks

Very good. Send me a link for the wood. Sounds like good raft material

Are you planning on placing a chemical tank under the reels? Or did I miss that?

The chem tank will be behind the large tank. Plumbing it in now along with a 3-way valve.

There is a third reel yet to be mounted in that empty space. The roof pump reel…

Just was curious. I am putting stuff on an open trailer. Three reels across the back now thanks to Williams suggestion.
