Help with pricing

I’m looking for some help pricing this building. It is a medical center. The exterior surface is dryvit. The building is approximately 24,400 sq. feet. It has 176 widows around it. Most are larger but maybe 25% of them are considerably smaller. I have never done windows but have considered adding that to my business. But is this the time and job to offer that service? I have an idea about pricing the dryvit siding and concrete but no clue about the windows. ATTACH]10017[/ATTACH]

Add windows, and that building will pay for your new WFP

Roof pump and that will be a sweet transformation. Bid the windows and they will more than pay for the WFP. Talk to John Lee about the windows. I would estimate 3-5/each for outside only with wfp. Don’t forget lift rental.

How do I get in touch with John Lee?

Do you guys use dionized water for the windows?

Are you familiar with a WFP yet? If not, the WCRA is a great place to find answers to you questions and to get ALL the info you need to add window cleaning.

But, to give you the short answer on the meantime, a WFP (Water Fed Pole) uses RO filtered water, De-Ionized water, or a combination of both.

Thank you for the short answer… acronym’s are useful if you know what they mean… I am not familiar at all with those… that’s why Im here…

Don’t worry…Enough time researching these threads and you’ll be dropping acronyms like NBB!

Pente,

Just give you a diversified idea of pricing I’d bid to wash the building $3,800-$4,600.

Concrete sidewalks extra and windows $3-$5 each pain.

Do remember I’m in a different area, use my own cleaning procedure and different overhead.

Hope that settles some butterflies.
