I had a customer request cleaning these bricks. Along with the organic material she would like this white stain removed… does anyone have any idea what it is or what to treat it with ? She said she’s tried to get it off with some different Chems from Home Depot w/ no luck.

Yeah that surface is extremely porous. I have done those exactly one time. Not worth it.
Put a degreaser on the concrete first and keep it wet, or you will etch it like crazy with the acid runoff.

No problems, I have (or had) tons of stuff downloaded on my PC that I have read. Most larger companies that sell chems also have literature on their products. I read it all, although I may not understand it all. One of the best things on this forum is the wealth of information and links that people provide.
IF you haven’t seen it and you want a really good link, @Racer posted a link to government documents that is very informative. They go from least aggressive to most aggressive from what I have read, all preservation work.
