Growing in the right direction

Insert pleasantries about how much I’ve read and how awesome everyone is. Jk you guys really are great. Read a post about @squidskc asking how to do a roof wash in like '17 and it freaked me out that he once didn’t know something…

Anyways, I have a 6x12 enclosed trailer. A 5gpm machine on a 65 gallon buffer with two chem tanks 50 and 35 gal. I’m in my first year of business (pronounced busy-ness) and would like to add a full system on the truck bed. Hopefully can leave the trailer home some days. I’m planning on an 8gpm with a 100 gal buffer and a 55 gal chem tank on the skid (I’m also planning on installing my @SchertzServicesLLC box on it and I can’t tell you how excited I am - got it in the mail today). If the buffer tank isn’t big enough and it becomes a PIMA I’ll just switch the 8 to my trailer and put a tote in there. I’ll have two reels stacked with no soft wash system since I already have one in the trailer and am constantly having to go out of my way to find ways to use it. Any thoughts on if I’m missing the boat would be greatly appreciated.

Is it insane to try an 8gpm on 100gal buffer?

Does it make sense to separate the systems?

The skid itself is gonna cost 750ish. Should I be just mounting it to my truck?

It depends on the average flow. Both houses I did today I could have used a 10 gallon buffer with my 8. But that’s few and far between. You should be ok with most folks on city water. I have 275 and I rarely see it go below 150 when on a big job.

Glad you got the remote soap box safe and sound!

Are more remotes on the making?

Lol this is my favorite introduction so far.

Soon I hope! Few weeks at most. Unless my phone explodes again.
