Gray Neptune 100' prices

I didn’t tell them to put a swivel on any of my hoses, and they all came with swivels, even the whip hoses.

Question: I’ve only ordered hoses from them… do hoses from other vendors NOT come with a swivel on one end? I assumed that they all came that way.

Usually one end does. I request one swivel only from united as they custom make hoses when ordered and it saves me 6 or 7 bucks per hose.

Hose came in today from our friends up north, eh. This United hose is a monster. Like a kid on Christmas wah.

Does that make this a hoser hose?

Is this what you got and what you paid for it? Does that include the swivel on one end?

I got two 8 foot whip lines and with shipping it was $309. But this hose is 225’. Woulda went 250’, but the cox reel for the pressure hose looked pretty darn full at 175’.

The trailer is out at the moment and I won’t get back to it until 1:00, but the hose will go on tonight and I’ll let you know!

@jzbreeland yes on the swivel

@squidskc, would you mind posting up a photo of the 225’ of united hose fully wrapped up on your cox reel? I want to order soon and want to see how full the reel looks at 225’. After having used it, do you think 250’ would fit on the 12" cox reel?

I’m sure I’ve got a pic somewhere. I’ll find you one since all the hoses are hung up now.

But I ordered the 1125-4-200 for the pressure hose which says that it’ll hold 200’ of 1/2” hose.

I get 225’ of 3/8” hose on there fine, but it it has to be rolled pretty darn close to perfectly even. I imagine a 250’ hose on it would have to be rolled up pretty tight.

200’ ft should be more than enough for 99.9% of the homes in CA. Going much more than that you may have some DS problems so I hear. Some people do.

Thanks guys. That’s helpful. And a picture would be great!
