Handy little devils, used one today on a house that had a funky front door seal. Mainly use for commercial doors though since they rarely have a seal, unless outdoors. Under awnings, in garages, etc, they never have seals and tape doesn’t hold up up if you run a SC using 150 deg+ hot water next to it.

When I did some restaurants I got 2" pool hose, cut it to the length I wanted (had various sizes) then zip tied one end shut, filled with sand, then zip tied other end shut. It was a pretty cheap alternative and they lasted quite awhile.
Do you ring them out after? How long do they last?
If just water, I just hang them up and let dry. Can re-use indefinitely. Oil I chunk once they get saturated with. Usually a couple of uses out of them. But only like $4 each
We had a name for them… I forget what it was.
