Going tomorrow to go look at this house

I got the job. Full cleaning of the wood deck on the balcony, the exterior house wash, and small gutter cleaning around the deck and balcony. Came to the conclusion that it’s time to order an mjet. Just seems that this being stucco, the mjet is perfect to get my concentrations right.

Can you guys give me some info on mjet proportioners? I will be running 10% sh with Elemonator. I’m thinking of hitting it with 3% at the surface, so to get that ratio do I use the 3:1 proportioner?

Dude, please just stop.

The instructions for the xjet are pretty legit. Easy to understand. It’s a simple device. Don’t worry about it. Your just nervous being the first go around. You’ll figure it and and learn some stuff. But you most definitely need the xjet. Good luck.

@Innocentbystander Just asking questions sir, sorry if I offended you.

It’s pretty hard to offend IBS. Annoy him… sure :smirk:

Ask the dumb questions if you have to. Try and figure stuff out on your own when you can. And take everyone’s feedback with a grain of salt and a pound of humor. :+1:t2:

Oh, and have fun with your new tool!

It’s like plucking individual hairs from a cuddly old teddy bear. It doesn’t really mind what the kids are doing until it realizes it’s going bald.

Lol @Innocentbystander I was just trying to figure out if a 3:1 injector will give me 3% sh. We can only get 10% in Florida and I admit I’m no expert. I just don’t want to make mistakes If I can keep from it. I know I will make some along the way, but this forum has saved me a few times already.

Yeah, just look at that little card included with the M5, pretty slick. I think it’s like a black or tan one.
