Getting started

hello guys first time posting in this forum…by reading the various posts i have learned so much and i am excited to get further experience…i have just started my pressure washing business about a year…and incrementally began upgrade my equipments from a basic 2700 psi to a 3100 psi all cold water machines to now a skid hot/cold water machine for more 3500 psi 18 hp…i have up graded my surface cleaner for faster work load…my question i live in a carribbean island in which pressure cleaning business is slow to catch on…most persons do not see the appeal to having their home or store fronts or buildings wash …how can i bring this to light and sensitize them of the importance of pressure washing…besides the items i listed would i have to add any addition equipment for my target business…such as residential small to mid level buildings and mid range shopping complexes (parking lanes and walk ways)…in my region there are many asphalt shingle roof with algae and dirt build up…i would prefer to soft wash the roof rather than apply wand pressure…what would be the better products to apply…lastly how long realistically is the time to long for possible profit or breaking even…thank guys look forward to responses…

thanks for input
