Gearing Up

I only got a big one cuz it was 400 dollars cheaper than a good 150 gallon tank

Be super careful when taking a hard right turn. That unloader hose might have a ton of force on it not to mention if it rubs could be a nightmare for the tailgate.

I figure if I need more I can unhook the Hudson so itā€™s there if I need itā€¦but I donā€™t really wana run with any water truthfully

Also Iā€™m hoping to toss a shiny new 8 gpm machine on there early July. So Iā€™ll be all set with minimum effort.

If you want some more space on the front I had every intention building a rack with back leg supports that set my skid up on the front rail as well as holding the gas tank and battery off to the right. Iā€™ll find the sketch if youā€™re interested.

Basically two big beefing Lā€™s with square tub and a brace across the back with a tray to the right for battery and bigger gas tank.

Sure if you run across it. I wouldnā€™t mind the machine being raised. Iā€™m a little worried about that exhaust heating up. It was too cold here today to run anything and check out how bad my plumbing skills are. I have high hopes for tomorrow though.

Here is my residential rig, fixing to add a 12 volt system on it

I predict youā€™re going to need a bigger trailer before summer is over, lol.

This trailer is a year and a half old,itā€™s done over 350 house washes.Wands, ladder, and surface cleaner are put in the bed of my truck.Im planning on having a flatbed or box truck in the next few months.I also have a skid I build for roof cleaning. It has 2 50 gal tanks, hose reel with 200 ft of 1/2 hose and 2 12 volt pumps. You just donā€™t need a 20-30 foot trailer with 25 valves to twist and turn to do what we do.I try to keep it simple as possible, that way thereā€™s less to break or tear up.i will get you some pictures of inside the toolbox. We carry 1 gal of eliminator,1 gal f13,1 gal of onerestore,Extra guns, tips, extra unloader, extra Hudson valve, spark plugs, oil, chemical injectors, hand tools(wrenches and screw drivers),rags, gloves, and 2 of every fitting that is plumped on the machine and reels.

Thatā€™s awesome, looks great

I try not to make mine look trashy but thereā€™s so much stuff, hopefully itā€™ll be more neat once i transfer everything to my van

This trailers got more leaks than the titanic! Only one that baffles meā€¦ its seems my machine has a filter between the inlet and the actual threaded peice for the hose to connect. It seems very loose and wiggles aroundā€¦is that commonā€¦cuz its leaking a lotā€¦solutions?

Pull it out and throw it away

pulled mine out replaced with regular rubber gasket and if ur using a plastic fitting like this u will have to tighten more than hand tight.
