Just a warning to those using any galvanized steel fittings. I found the inside of the barb completely corroded when I was swapping my machines to the new trailer. Scary thing is the barbs are after the filter so any of that rust could have easily broken free and went straight to the pump.

That’s some build up. How long has the barb been on there?
About 2 years. The other side was worse. I never fully drain the tank so there’s always water in the pipes.
Lucky you had it apart, like you said you’d hate that going through your pump.
